A: All Exec-U-Care members and their dependents plus their parents and parents-in-law.

A: Exec-U-Care Concierge can assist with:
  • Locating health care providers and specialists
  • Appointment scheduling with physicians and specialists
  • Prescription questions, issues, and concerns
  • Transfer of medical records
  • Treatment options
  • Obtaining second opinions
  • Insurance claims and billing
  • Coordination of benefits
  • Obtaining caregiver services
  • Help with Medicare and Medicaid questions and concerns

Q: What hours is Exec-U-Care Concierge available?
A: Exec-U-Care Concierge phones are staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. On-call staff is available after-hours.

A: There is no additional cost for this service. It is included as a part of your Exec-U-Care benefit.
